Basil Sellers Art Prize

 

Vernon Ah Kee and Gareth Sansom are finalists in the 2010 Basil Sellers Art Prize. The biennial, invitational only prize of $100 000 is awarded to single artwork selected from an exhibition of finalists' work,  held at the Ian Potter Museum of Art, University of Melbourne,  The Basil Sellers Art Prize recognises artists whose work engages with the many themes within sport, past an present, to contribute to critical reflection on all forms of sport and sporting culture within Australia.
