GERTRUDE CONTEMPORARY PERFORMANCE

Gertrude Contemporary presents Why not walk backwards?, a group exhibition considering the effect of repetition on our experience of time in the contemporary age. As part of the exhibition, a series of special performances will take place on Saturday 24 May 2014, featuring work by Aleks Danko, Bonita Ely and Tim Johnson. Bonita Ely's performance Murray River Punch will be presented alongside Tim Johnson's Light Performance and collaborative work featuring Danko from 1972 entitled This Performance is a Mistake.
