GORDON BENNETT: GRIFFITH UNIVERSITY OUTSTANDING ALUMNUS OF THE YEAR 2014

 

Gordon Bennett was recognised for his major contribution to Australian art and the country's cultural life at the Griffith University 2014 Alumni Awards on Friday 17 October 2014. Gordon was awarded posthumously the Griffith University Arts, Education and Law Outstanding Alumnus of the Year 2014 and Griffith University Queensland College of Art Outstanding Alumnus of the Year 2014. Accepted by his wife Leanne and daughter Caitlin, the award was also accompanied by a short video commemorating Gordon's legacy and art. To read more and watch the video, click here.
