RICHARD BELL: 'DREDGING UP THE PAST' AT GERTRUDE CONTEMPORARY

 

Richard Bell's solo exhibition 'Dredging Up the Past' opens at Gertrude Contemporary this week. The exhibition features the artist's most recent body of work, which seeks to subvert Australian ideology and draw on Western painting tropes to highlight the prejudices of European culture and its oppression of indigneous Australians.
