Ross Manning: Survey Exhibition 'Dissonant Rhythms', IMA, Brisbane

 

'Dissonant Rhythms' is Ross Manning's first survey exhibition. Best known for his use of everyday materials, Manning’s major exhibition features sculptures that repurpose ceiling fans, fluorescent tubes, and overhead projectors, creating exquisite interplays of light and sound. The four-gallery exhibition will be complemented by the publication of his first monograph published by the IMA, accompanied by a vinyl LP, released by IMA and Room40. Dissonant Rhythms opens Saturday 5 August and runs until Sunday 28 October 2017. More here.
