VERNON AH KEE: ISTANBUL BIENNIAL
Announced on 10 September, the 14th Istanbul Biennial is curated by Carolyn Christov-Bakargiev and titled 'Saltwater: A Theory of Thought Forms'. The city wide exhibition is also guided by a number of alliances with key individuals and participants, each bringing their own perspectives and talents.
